VIERA, FL – April 17, 2024 – General Hotels Corporation along with its investment partners, led by Weathervane Capital Partners, Chris Schulhof Investment Group, and Sangha Investments LLC, announced today the recent “topping off” of its new hotel in Viera, FL, signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 131-room hotel is slated to open Summer 2024.

Hospitality Project Services, LLC serves as the Construction Project Manager for the project. Upon completion, the new hotel, managed by General Hotels Corporation, will feature brand amenities including free hot breakfast, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour business center and fitness center.
